And perhaps most comforting of all is the knowledge that work from Park Road has been awarded at the highest levels in every discipline.

Client Services - Key Personnel

Aimee McCammon
General Manager

Aimee oversees all facets of Park Road and focuses on ensuring the facility delivers all projects to the highest quality. She has a solid background in marketing and advertising, having spent 11-years in the advertising industry, five of those at Saatchi and Saatchi NZ and New York.

Louise Baker
Head of Corporate Services

Louise has 23 years experience in the screen production industry and is responsible for finance, staff and administration. She has worked previously as the Acting CEO of Film NZ and is currently a member of the NZ Screen Council.

Vicki Jackways
Head of Client Production

Vicki oversees projects coming in and through Park Road. She has over 20 years experience in the motion picture industry, having spent 18 years at television commercial production company Flying Fish NZ.

Eleonora Sparagna
Senior Producer

As Senior Producer Eleonora works closely with clients, seeing projects through each department. Eleonora's has worked in post production roles for film, TV and documentaries including HBO’s ‘Rome’ and ‘Gangs of New York’.

Tracey Brown
Post Producer

As Post Producer Tracey works closely with producers and post production supervisors. She is associated with each project from start to finish scheduling workflows and managing the day-to-day post production requirements.

Peter Amies
Post Production Coordinator

Peter plans and coordinates post production services. He works closely with clients and in-house post producers to ensure that the delivery requirements for each project can be achieved to the highest standard. Peter has been with Park Road nearly six years and has a degree in film and media studies.

Harriet McGregor
Communications Executive

Harriet hails from the deep south where she has recently completed her commerce and science qualifications. She has links to all facets of New Zealands screen production industry and is an enthusiastic new addition to Park Road Post Production.

Sound - Key Personnel

John Neill
Head of Sound

John has a strong background in motion picture sound, having worked at Park Road and the National Film Unit for over 20 years. He played a key role in moving the department from an analogue to the modern fully digital operation and was involved in the design and development of the current sound department at Park Road.

Michael Hedges
Re-recording Mixer

With nearly 20 years experience and over 40 feature credits to his name Michael is an internationally recognised and highly awarded Re-recording Mixer. He has won two Academy Awards® for sound mixing, one for his work on Peter Jackson’s King Kong and the other for The Lord of the Rings: The Return of The King.

Gilbert Lake
Re-recording Mixer

Gilbert joined Park Road five years ago. His Re-recording Mixer credits include Black Sheep, Eagle Vs Shark, Bridge to Terabithia and The Water Horse, as well as working on the award winning soundtracks for King Kong and The Lord of the Rings. Prior to joining Park Road he worked for Dolby Laboratories' Film Group.

John Boswell
Re-recording Mixer

John’s experience spans nearly 40 years with a large portion of his career spent as a location recordist. This background proved invaluable for his move into Re-recording Mixing, which has seen John work on a large number of the feature films made in New Zealand.

Robyn McFarlane
Foley Recordist

With over 10 years experience in Foley, Robyn was part of the Sound Editing Team that won an Oscar for King Kong 2006 and in the same year was also nominated for a Golden Reel Award for her work on King Kong.

Nigel Scott
Senior Sound Operator

Nigel was a music editor for all three films in The Lord of the Rings trilogy and was the music coordinator for Peter Jackson's King Kong. He has almost 15-years of sound editing experience across feature films, TV, commercial and theatrical.

Digital Intermediate - Key Personnel

Adam Scott
Head of Digital Intermediate

Adam manages all technical operational workflow and creative aspects for the digital post production of feature films, short films and commercials. He was previously Digital Intermediate product specialist for Quantel and has over 22 years of global Post Production experience in Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York.

David Hollingsworth
Senior Colourist

With over 10 years experience in colour grading Dave has an extensive list of feature films, short films and award-wininng commercials to his credit. Recent work includes Part One of John Woo's ‘Red Cliff’ and NZ film ‘Show Of Hands’. Prior to joining Park Road Dave was a senior colourist at The Lab in Sydney. Click here to be sent showreel.

Jon Newell
Colourist

Jon played a key role in developing the Digital Intermediate department at Park Road. With 16 years colour grading experience Jon has worked on a large number of features, commercials and music videos that have come out of New Zealand in the last decade.   Click here to be sent showreel.

Clare Burlinson
Colourist – Freelance

Clare has been a colourist for over 20 years and has a long history in the New Zealand film industry working on commercials, music clips and DVD movie releases. She now specialises in Digital Intermediates and has been the colourist on a number of feature films. Her latest film is David Slade’s 30 Days of Night.      Click here to be sent showreel.

Matthew Wear
Colourist

Matthew has colour graded international and local feature films, short films, commercials and restoration projects. He has 10 years industry experience, much of that gained at the national broadcaster, TNVZ, where he worked in video post production.

Shanon Moratti
Editor

Shanon has worked in digital intermediate for 4 years and has over 10 digital intermediate feature credits, including The Water Horse, Bridge to Terabithia, and The World’s Fastest Indian. He has over 10 years industry experience. Click here to be sent showreel.

Ian Bidgood
Technical Director

Ian is a qualified technical engineer with over 27 years experience in film, television and radio. He has worked in the role of Technical Director for Telecine / Digital Intermediate for the last 8 years, overseeing the technical needs of each project and developing new workflows for the ever-evolving technology.

Phil Oatley
Technical Operations Supervisor

Phil works closely with colourists, editors and clients providing technical support and solutions throughout the Digital Intermediate department. He is involved in all projects by developing data systems, workflows, colour management solutions and storage area networking.

Victoria Chu
Taperoom Supervisor

Victoria has handled all feature films, short films and commercials that have come through the Taperoom in her seven years at the facility. She has an extensive knowledge of HD tape based workflows and has excellent skills with Avid workflows.

Natalie Best
Data Wrangler

Natalie joined the facility in 1995 and worked in processing and scanning prior to data wrangling, where she has worked of the last 4 years. This role sees her managing the flow of all data into and out of the SAN network in the Digital Intermediate department.

Laboratory - Key Personnel

Brian Scadden
Acting Laboratory Manager

Brian has a strong understanding of Laboratory operations and oversees the day-to-day aspects of this department. He has worked at the facility since 1976 and specialises in traditional colour grading, black and white archiving and opticals. In fact Brian is the only person in NZ still shooting traditional opticals and is awarded for his work in this area.

Andy Wickens
Laboratory Rushes Manager

With a strong understanding of Laboratory operations Andy works closely with DOPs and production managers to oversee all projects that come through the Laboratory during production. In addition to managing the Rushes and Printing departments, Andy is responsible for developing work schedules to ensure all Laboratory deadlines are met.

Lynne Reed
Senior Film Colour Grader

As a traditional colour grader with nearly 20 years experience Lynne has worked on over 70 feature films and numerous short films, commercials and documentaries. Since 1987 she has been involved in all films directed by Peter Jackson. Lynne is well respected and renowned for her ability to interpret the look DOP’s and Directors want to achieve.
